Treasure Lake homes are still moving well.   There are currently 115 homes for sale in the gated community of over 2200 homes.   There are currently 27 pending.  Coldwell Banker.....we never stop moving.

Treasure Lake real estate is alive and well.  20 homes under contract as of today with 121 for sale.  Total of 2500+ homes in the community.  New Pool , hot tub area to open July 13, 2012 at the Marina area.  Beautiful with a great view of the lake.

Another home sold in Treasure Lake today.  a 3 bedroom 2 bath ranch home closed today at 74468.00 .   Just listed a fabulous 4 bedroom 3 bath home on a large corner lot also for 284500.

Treasure Lake homes are selling fast.  Three more homes went under contract over the past week.  With over 2300 homes in the 9000 acre gated community.  There are only 83 for sale.  If you were thinking of moving to Treasure Lake....the time is now.
