The real estate market is strong in the DuBois and Treasure Lake area.  Coldwell Banker Developac Realty hold 62% of the market share in residential closed sales volume for 2008.    Currently there are 72 homes for sale in the Treasure Lake area with 9 currently pending. There are approximately 2078 homes there, therefore, the ratio of homes for sale to the total number of homes is only 3.6% .  The national average was 8% when the market was stable across the country.
