My New Blog

For once, my area,  Clearfield and Jefferson county , is following suit with the rest of the real estate world.    We have a very  low inventory and home values are escalating.   New construction is difficult to acheive at this time due to supply prices and availability of contractors .  One area, Treasure Lake , has only 15 homes currently on the market for sale.    This is an all time low .   I have never seen this inventory level in the past 26 years of my real estate career.      I believe it is because , less people are relocating out of the area, embracing what we have to offer here.     I would be happy to discuss with you what we offer.   Feel free to contact me.
