We have a lot to be thankful for in the DuBois and Treasure Lake area.  Real Estate has been holding it's value over the past 2 years.   ALthough there have been a few less sales in 2010 overall, there have been less listings also.  It is currently neither a buyers market or a sellers market.  It is a flat market.   With the holidays upon us, it is a good time to consider listing your home in anticipation of the first of the year turn over.  Real estate will be moving after the first of the year in my opinion.
